Changes in REPLOID Group AG's Executive Board

REPLOID Group AG has announced significant changes to its Executive Board. Alain Parent, previously Chief Strategy Officer, will now manage operations in France and North and West Africa. Consequently, he will leave the Group Executive Board to become CEO of REPLOID France SAS, effective February 2026. Parent's departure reduces the board to two members: Philip Pauer as Chief Executive Officer and Jonas Finck, now appointed as Chief Operating Officer, reflecting his existing responsibilities.
