Revolve Completes Acquisition of Montana Wind Project

Revolve Renewable Power Corp. has finalized the acquisition of the 9.6 MW Horseshoe Bend Wind Project in Montana. The transaction, valued at $10.48 million, involves acquiring 100% equity in the project. The acquisition is part of Revolve's strategy to expand its renewable energy portfolio across North America. Horseshoe Bend is expected to add to Revolve's operational capacity, driving recurring revenue and cash generation for the company.

Revolve, established in 2012, focuses on developing wind, solar, hydro, and battery storage projects in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Currently, Revolve operates 27 MW of assets and has a development pipeline exceeding 3,000 MW. Future growth hinges on ongoing project performance and market conditions.
