Revolve Renewable Power Corp. Achieves Key Developments in Q1 2025

Revolve Renewable Power Corp., a developer of renewable energy projects in North America, announced several significant milestones achieved during the first quarter of 2025. The company made strides in both acquisitions and project developments, enhancing its portfolio.

One notable milestone is the signing of a binding offer to acquire a 9.6 MW operating wind project in the U.S. for $10.5 million. This acquisition represents Revolve's first operational project in the U.S., expected to bolster its recurring revenue stream.

In Mexico, Revolve advanced its utility-scale projects with a combined capacity of 531 MW, leveraging new regulatory changes. Additionally, Revolve made progress on projects in the U.S., such as the Vernal BESS Project in Utah and Primus Wind Project in Colorado.

On the corporate front, Revolve secured a $1.5 million sale of a CHP project and expanded its facility with Export Development Canada, optimizing financial operations and capital access.
