Revolve Renewable Power Corp. Achieves Stable Revenue and Advances Key Projects

Revolve Renewable Power Corp., based in Vancouver, reported its financial and operational outcomes for Q1, FY2026, concluding in September 2025. The company achieved total revenue of $448,837, barely above the previous year's $448,442 with stable recurring income from its 13 MW operating assets. Gross profit reached $285,183, a slight decrease from Q1, FY2025. Despite a net loss of $476,572, this was a marked improvement over a $1,095,599 loss the prior year, attributed to ongoing project investments.

Significant strides were made in Revolve's North American project portfolio. In Mexico, the expedited permitting process has advanced the 130 MW El 24 and 400 MW Presa Nueva wind projects. In Canada, the 15.7 MW Bright Meadows Solar Project obtained regulatory approval. Meanwhile, progress continues on US projects, including 20 MW/80MWh Vernal BESS and 49.5 MW Primus Wind.

A C$3,000,000 financing round post-Q1 strengthened Revolve's position, while a new partnership in Mexico aims to expand its distributed generation capabilities. Stock options were also distributed to staff to encourage sustained growth and project development efforts.
