Revolve Renewable Power Corp. Acquires Horseshoe Bend Wind Project

Revolve Renewable Power Corp., a North American developer of renewable energy projects, has announced its acquisition of the Horseshoe Bend Wind Project in Montana. The project, which possesses a capacity of 9.6 megawatts (MW), was acquired for a total of $10.48 million USD.

This marks Revolve's first operating power generation project in the U.S., adding to its existing projects in Canada and Mexico. The acquisition is financed by loans from Export Development Canada and Vancity Capital Corporation, alongside existing funds.

The Horseshoe Bend project is expected to provide contracted revenue immediately after the acquisition. The current operations and maintenance provider will continue its services. This move aligns with Revolve's growth strategy, focusing on acquiring revenue-generating assets in North America.
