Revolve Renewable Power Corp. Forms New Partnership in Mexico

Revolve Renewable Power Corp., a North American renewable energy company, has announced a partnership with an Engineer, Procure and Construct company in Mexico. The agreement aims to develop over 5 megawatts of distributed generation power solutions for commercial and industrial customers. The partnership will focus on two initial project portfolios.

This collaboration supports Revolve's strategy to expand its operational assets in Mexico by leveraging the expertise of partners with access to advanced distributed generation projects. Revolve will own 70% of the partnership, while the EPC Partner will hold 30%. They will share economic benefits based on performance above the required return rate.

As demand for distributed generation grows in Mexico, driven by increased electricity needs and the push for decarbonization, Revolve is well-positioned to benefit from this expansion. The company's history in Mexico since 2012 provides an advantageous position in the current market.
