BlackRock Crosses Thresholds at Rexel
Asset management firm BlackRock Inc. recently increased its stake in Rexel. In a statement dated January 22, 2026, BlackRock announced it now holds 5.10% of the share capital and voting rights of the company, which is listed on Euronext Paris. This acquisition has been notified to the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and follows share purchases on the market and as collateral. BlackRock, on behalf of its clients, now holds 15,108,228 Rexel shares. This investment is part of a portfolio management optimization strategy, without directly altering the voting rights of the investment beneficiaries.
