Right Season Investments Announces Forward Share Split
Right Season Investments Corp. (TSXV:LITT) has gained approval from its board of directors for a forward share split. The decision aims to enhance the company's capital structure by converting each existing common share into fifteen. This strategy is designed to support future financing initiatives. Post-split, Right Season will have about 34,501,935 common shares outstanding.
The forward share split is still pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. Right Season Investments plans to release another announcement once they receive approval and establish a record date for the split.
