Reorganization of the Roche Bobois Board of Directors
On October 21, 2025, Roche Bobois SA announced the reorganization of its management board, reducing its membership from five to four following the resignation of Antonin Roche. He has decided to focus on new entrepreneurial projects after more than twenty years of significant involvement in the company's development.
The Supervisory Board expressed its gratitude to Antonin for his valuable contribution. The Executive Board now includes Guillaume Demulier as Chairman, Éric Amourdedieu, Martin Gleize, and Stéphanie Berson.
This reorganization is in line with the development strategy of Roche Bobois, a high-end furniture group present in 56 countries with 338 stores under the Roche Bobois and Cuir Center brands.
