Roche Bobois: Update of voting rights as of July 31, 2026
On August 21, 2026, Roche Bobois published its monthly information in accordance with Article L233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. The company, trading under the acronym RBO, reported that, as of July 31, 2026, it had a total of 10,134,323 shares outstanding. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 18,858,166, taking into account treasury shares and double voting rights for shares held in registered form for more than two years. At the same time, the number of exercisable voting rights was 18,762,790.
