Roche Bobois: Repurchase of Own Shares

Roche Bobois SA executed a share buyback program, authorized at the general meeting of June 13, 2024. Between March 24 and 28, 2025, several transactions took place on the Euronext market.

During this period, on March 28, 311 shares were repurchased at an average price of €41.2042. On March 27, 8,207 shares were purchased at an average price of €40.60. On March 26, 278 shares were purchased for €41.4615 each, and on March 25, 174 shares were purchased at €42.5184.
