ROHM Co., Ltd. has announced the development of the RS7P200BM, a 100V power MOSFET, which excels in safe operating area (SOA) performance within a compact 5.0mm x 6.0mm package. Designed for AI server and industrial equipment applications, this product supports hot-swap circuits utilizing 48V power supplies.

As AI technology advances, AI servers and data centers demand components that ensure stable operation and improved power efficiency.
