Route1 Announces Approval of Key Proposals at 2025 AGM
Route1 Inc., a Toronto-based engineering and professional services firm, announced the approval of all proposals at its 2025 annual general and special meeting. Held in Toronto, the meeting saw the re-election of Tony P. Busseri, Peter F. Chodos, Michael D. Harris, and John Marino as directors. Michael D. Harris will continue as Chairman of the Board.
Additionally, the company appointed MNP LLP as auditors for the year ending December 31, 2025. Route1's long-term incentive plan was re-approved as well. An approval was also given for a potential company name change, which is to be decided by the Board of Directors.
