RWE AG Exceeds Expectations and Raises Forecast for 2026 and 2027

RWE Aktiengesellschaft announced that its preliminary half-year results for 2026 have surpassed market expectations. The Onshore/Solar, Supply & Trading, and Flexible Generation segments significantly contributed to this success, driven by strong operational performance and beneficial one-off effects. The company anticipates further positive earnings from an increased stake in Amprion GmbH and higher commodity prices in the second half of the year.

As a result, RWE has adjusted its earnings forecast for the financial years 2026 and 2027. For 2026, the company now expects an Adjusted EBITDA between €5,750 million and €6,350 million, with adjusted net income anticipated between €1,950 million and €2,450 million.

For 2027, RWE forecasts an Adjusted EBITDA of €6,700 million to €7,300 million, with net income projected between €2,200 million and €2,700 million. The complete half-year results will be released on August 13, 2026.
