Sadot Group Inc. Signs Agreement with Big Sky Milling Inc.

Sadot Group Inc., a notable entity in the global food supply chain, has declared a new management services agreement via its subsidiary, Sadot Canada Inc., with Big Sky Milling Inc., a prominent supplier to the North American pet food industry. The collaboration aims to strengthen Sadot's participation in the pet food ingredient supply chain and enhance its export infrastructure.

Under the agreement, Sadot Canada Inc. will offer comprehensive management services to Big Sky Milling. Sadot will receive monthly service fees and procurement commissions. Meanwhile, Big Sky Milling will earn toll processing revenue from Sadot's exports, facilitating synergistic growth.

The partnership leverages Big Sky Milling's advanced facility in Bowden, Alberta, strategically positioned in a productive agricultural area. This boosts both companies' capabilities in the dynamic pet food market, which is projected to expand steadily.
