Safran Announces Share Buyback Transactions
Safran has disclosed details of its recent share buyback activities between November 3 and November 7, 2025. The transactions were executed through Banco Santander S.A. as the broker.
On November 6, 2025, Safran repurchased 10,000 shares at a daily weighted average price of €304.443040 on the Euronext Paris (XPAR) market. The following day, November 7, 2025, the company acquired an additional 20,000 shares at a price of €301.879435 each, also on the XPAR market.
The total purchase volume over the period amounted to 30,000 shares, with an average purchase price of approximately €302.733970 per share. These buyback transactions align with the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) article 5, section 2, subsection a.
