Safran has disclosed its recent share buyback activity conducted between March 24 and March 28, 2025. The transactions were executed by Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG under a discretionary mandate, ensuring Safran had no influence over the decisions regarding purchase timing, price, and quantity.

During this period, Safran repurchased a total of 28,410 shares at a daily weighted average price of 249.4823 euros per share. The transactions totaled a gross consideration of 7,087,792.14 euros. The repurchases were conducted on the trading venue XPAR under regulatory compliance with MAR article 5, section 2, paragraph (a).
