Safran Reveals Share Buyback Transactions for Late October 2025

Safran has published details of its share buyback activities from October 20 to October 24, 2025. The transactions were executed through Banco Santander S.A. and involved purchases on several markets, including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU. The transactions follow the provisions outlined in MAR Article 5, Section 2a.

On October 21, Safran repurchased 10,000 shares at an average price of €305.82. The following day, another 582 shares were bought at an average price of €309.45. No transactions were recorded for the other days mentioned. In total, during this period, Safran acquired 10,582 shares, with an overall average purchase price of €306.02.
