Safran's Share Buyback Activities in January 2025

Safran has disclosed its recent trading activities concerning its own shares from January 13 to January 17, 2025. The transactions were conducted by Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, under a discretionary mandate that does not allow Safran to influence decisions regarding timing, pricing, or the quantity of shares purchased.

During this period, Safran repurchased a total of 498,500 shares. The average purchase price for these shares was €222.74, amounting to a total expenditure of €111,036,737.45. The repurchases were conducted on different trading platforms, including TQEX, XPAR, and CEUX. Each transaction was executed according to MAR art.5 §2. (a).
