SAFRAN's Share Buyback Activity in Early February 2026
SAFRAN has released details of its share buyback transactions conducted from February 2 to February 6, 2026. Utilising BOFA Securities Europe SA as its broker, the company carried out several transactions across different markets. A total of 523,702 shares were repurchased during this period. The activities took place on markets such as XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU.
The daily transactions varied in volume and price. The highest purchase occurred on February 2, with 90,000 shares bought on the XPAR market at an average price of approximately €301.48 per share. The weighted average purchase price for the entire period stood at €303.35 per share. The purpose of the buyback aligns with MAR article 5, paragraph 2, point a.
