Safran's Share Buyback Activity in March 2025
Safran has disclosed its trading activities involving own shares from the 10th to the 14th of March, 2025. The transactions, conducted by Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, occurred under a discretionary mandate, leaving Safran without influence over the timing, pricing, and number of shares purchased.
During this period, a total of 32,667 shares were repurchased at an average weighted price of €241.684 per share. The transactions took place on the XPAR trading venue. The highest volume of shares, 18,000, was purchased on March 10th at an average price of €242.8601, while 288 shares were acquired on March 14th at €245.7892 per share.
The gross consideration for these transactions totaled €7,895,091.23. The buybacks were executed in compliance with MAR article 5 §2. (a).
