Terms and conditions for participation in the Safran Annual General Meeting in 2026
Safran announces the arrangements for its Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 21, 2026, in Massy. The notice of meeting, available since March 27, presents the agenda and draft resolutions. The meeting will be broadcast live on the company's website.
Shareholders can consult the Notice of Meeting online and will have the option of voting by mail or via the secure Votaccess platform. The latter is accessible to registered shareholders, allowing them to obtain an admission card or appoint a proxy.
The preparatory documents, in accordance with the law, can be requested or consulted on the Safran website or at the registered office. Bearer shareholders must provide proof of share ownership to obtain these documents if they are not available online.
