Saint-Gobain Conducts Share Buyback in July 2026
Compagnie de Saint-Gobain reported its share buyback transactions, executed under the share buyback program approved by the Annual General Meeting on June 4, 2026. The transactions took place between July 8 and July 9, 2026, as per Article 5 §2 of EU Regulation No 596/2014 regarding market abuse.
The company bought back a total of 300,000 shares. On July 8, 226,889 shares were repurchased at a daily weighted average purchase price of €74.972, totaling €17,010,345. The following day, 73,111 shares were acquired at an average price of €74.709, with a total expenditure of €5,462,035.
The transactions amounted to €22,472,380 in total, with trading conducted on markets coded XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU.
