Saint-Gobain Reports Share Buyback Transactions from May 13-15, 2026
Compagnie de Saint-Gobain has disclosed its share buyback activity conducted under the authority granted by the Annual General Meeting on June 5, 2025. The transactions adhered to Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, concerning market abuse. From May 13 to May 15, 2026, Saint-Gobain repurchased a total of 208,920 shares.
On May 13, 8,529 shares were bought back at a daily weighted average price of €74.953, totaling €639,274. Subsequent transactions on May 15 involved the buyback of 200,391 shares at a daily weighted average price of €74.760, amounting to €14,981,311. The cumulative expense for the share buyback over these two days reached €15,620,585.
The trading activity was recorded on multiple markets, identified by the MIC codes XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU.
