Saint-Gobain Reports Share Buyback Transactions in Early 2025

Compagnie de Saint-Gobain has disclosed its recent share buyback activities conducted on January 2 and 3, 2025. These transactions were executed under the share buyback program authorized by the Annual General Meeting held on June 6, 2024. Adhering to Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, Saint-Gobain aimed to regulate market abuse.

Over the two-day period, Saint-Gobain repurchased a total of 203,996 shares at an average price of 84.533 euros per share, totaling 17,244,409 euros. On January 2, 12,862 shares were bought at a weighted average price of 84.970 euros, amounting to 1,092,879 euros. The following day, the company purchased 191,134 shares at an average price of 84.504 euros, totaling 16,151,530 euros. Transactions were carried out on the XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU markets.
