Saint-Gobain Sells High-Temperature Insulation Business HKO
Saint-Gobain has finalized the sale of HKO, a manufacturer specializing in high-temperature industrial insulation textiles, to a fund managed by the DUBAG Group. This transaction includes HKO’s plants in Oberhausen, Beuren, and Leinefelde in Germany, as well as Wattignies in France. In 2025, HKO generated approximately €45 million in sales and employed about 220 people.
The divestment aligns with Saint-Gobain’s strategy to optimize its business profile according to its "Lead & Grow" objectives. This step marks a continued effort by Saint-Gobain to streamline operations and better focus on their core objectives within the market.
