Saint-Gobain to Divest Tiles Distribution Business in Nordic Region
Saint-Gobain has reached an agreement to sell its Tiles Distribution business in the Nordics to Ecco Group. This transaction, agreed upon on May 22, 2026, affects operations in Sweden and Norway through subsidiaries Konradssons Kakel AB, Kakelspecialisten AB, and Flisekompaniet AS. In 2025, this business recorded sales of approximately €100 million and employed 270 personnel across 32 outlets.
The process is expected to conclude by the end of July 2026, post completion of employee consultations. This sale aligns with Saint-Gobain's "Lead & Grow" strategy, focusing on optimizing its business structure.
