Sanofi publishes its 2025 Universal Registration Document
On February 17, 2026, Sanofi announced the filing of its 2025 Universal Registration Document, which includes the Annual Financial Report. This document was submitted to the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in France, and Form 20-F was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the United States. The report includes the Board of Directors' information on corporate governance, the auditors' fees, the share buyback program, as well as sustainability initiatives and the corresponding audit reports.
The documents are available online on the Sanofi website, as well as on the websites of the AMF and the SEC. Printed copies can be obtained free of charge upon request.
