Sanofi Publishes Voting Rights Data for August 2025

Sanofi has provided information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares as of August 31, 2025, in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code. The company, listed in Paris, has a share capital of €2,454,937,946.

As of this date, the number of shares forming the capital amounts to 1,227,469,992. The actual total of voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, is 1,352,853,696. The theoretical number, which includes these shares, is 1,361,794,887 voting rights.
