Sartorius Stedim Biotech General Meeting: Key Decisions
At the Combined General Meeting of Sartorius Stedim Biotech SA, held on March 24, 2026, in Aubagne, shareholders voted on key resolutions. They granted the directors a discharge for their term of office by a large majority. The Board of Directors will now include Michael Grosse, René Fáber, and other notable members.
