Sartorius Stedim Biotech proposes stable dividend
The Board of Directors of Sartorius Stedim Biotech has decided to propose a dividend of EUR 0.69 per share for the financial year 2024 at the Annual General Meeting on March 25, 2025. This amount remains unchanged compared to the previous year, with a total of EUR 67.1 million distributed. The payment is scheduled to start on April 4, 2025.
The Council also proposes the election of Cécile Dussart and Christopher Nowers as new members. Their appointments come as one member, Henri Riey, retires after many years of service.
These decisions accompany the presentation of the 2024 financial results, already disclosed on January 28, 2025, and included in the agenda of the General Meeting. The interim results will be published on the dates provided for in the company's financial calendar.
