SCBSM: Declaration of share buybacks
On June 2, 2025, SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, announced the details of its recent share buyback transactions in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). These transactions took place from May 26 to 30, 2025, with a total trading volume spread over four days.
On May 26, 217 shares were repurchased at a weighted average price of €8.90. The same price was applied on May 27 for 199 shares. On May 29 and 30, 144 and 151 shares were acquired, respectively, at a slightly lower price of €8.80 each time. All transactions were carried out on the XPAR market.
These transactions are part of the financial management of SCBSM, whose real estate assets exceed 420 million euros, mainly located in Paris.
