SCBSM: Declaration of transactions in own shares
SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, has published details of its recent share buybacks. In accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), the company repurchased shares over several separate days, with consistent daily trading volume. The transactions took place on May 12, 14, and 15, 2026.
On each day of the share buyback, 43 shares were acquired, with a slight adjustment to the weighted average purchase price, which decreased from €9.70 to €9.65. These transactions took place on the Paris XPAR market. SCBSM continues these transactions in compliance with applicable regulations.
