SCBSM Own Share Transactions
On September 8, 2025, SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, announced its recent share transactions. In accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), SCBSM carried out several repurchases during the period from September 15 to 19, 2025. These transactions were carried out on the XPAR market, with a total daily volume varying between 51 and 63 shares.
The weighted average price of the acquisitions was approximately €9 per share, reaching just under €9.05 for the September 18 transaction. These acquisitions underscore SCBSM's commitment to optimizing its stock portfolio while scrupulously complying with applicable regulations.
