SCBSM Reports Its Transactions in Own Shares

On October 6, 2025, SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, announced the details of the share buybacks carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). Two transactions were carried out on October 1 and 2, 2025, respectively.

The repurchased shares bear the ISIN code FR0006239109, with a total daily volume of 68 and 69 shares on the days indicated. The weighted average acquisition price was 9 euros per share. The transactions took place on the XPAR market.
