Schneider Electric Announces Weekly Share Buyback
Schneider Electric has executed a share buyback program, as authorized by the May 2024 Annual General Meeting. The board, under the 18th resolution, was allowed to repurchase company shares according to Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code and European Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014.
On March 17th, 2025, Schneider Electric repurchased 8,376 shares, equivalent to approximately 0.001% of its share capital as of December 2024. The total purchase cost amounted to 1,914,684 euros. This buyback aims to fulfill obligations related to a long-term incentive plan for employees and corporate officers.
