Schneider Electric Conducts Share Buyback
Schneider Electric executed a share buyback from August 7 to September 11, 2026. This initiative is part of a program approved during the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2026. The program complies with Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code and European Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 on market abuse.
During this period, Schneider Electric repurchased 54,163 shares, approximately 0.01% of its share capital as of December 31, 2025. The buyback amounted to a total of €15,757,317. The objective is to fulfill obligations linked to long-term incentive plans for employees and corporate officers.
