Schneider Electric Conducts Weekly Share Buyback
Schneider Electric has embarked on a share buyback, authorized by the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2026, under the 16th resolution. This move is aligned with Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code and European Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014. The company repurchased a total of 34,556 shares, accounting for approximately 0.01% of its share capital, between June 29 and July 3, 2026.
