Schneider Electric Finalizes Acquisition of Motivair Corporation

On February 28, 2025, Schneider Electric announced the completion of its acquisition of a controlling interest in Motivair Corporation. The transaction, initially agreed upon in October 2024, involves acquiring 75% of Motivair's equity. Schneider Electric plans to secure the remaining 25% by 2028. Motivair specializes in liquid cooling and thermal management solutions for high-performance computing systems. This acquisition will integrate into Schneider Electric's Energy Management business, enhancing its digital transformation capabilities.
