Schneider Electric Proposes François Jackow for Board Membership

Schneider Electric has announced its intention to propose François Jackow as a Board member. The proposal will be submitted for approval at the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2026. François Jackow, the CEO of Air Liquide since June 2022, brings a wealth of experience from his tenure at the company, where he rose through various leadership roles since 1993. His expertise is expected to enhance Schneider Electric's pursuits in industrial manufacturing, energy, and technology.

Jackow's role as CEO of Air Liquide, which included strategic and operational transformations, makes him a promising candidate for the Board. If appointed, he will join the Human Capital & Remunerations Committee. His independent status aligns with the criteria set by the AFEP-MEDEF Corporate Governance Code, ensuring compliance and integrity in governance.
