Schneider Electric's Weekly Share Buyback
Schneider Electric announced a share buyback program, authorized by the Annual General Meeting of May 7, 2025. The initiative is part of a program under Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code and European Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014. This program is detailed in the 2024 Universal Registration Document.
From March 23 to March 27, 2026, Schneider Electric repurchased 82,692 shares, equivalent to about 0.01% of its share capital as of December 31, 2025. The total purchase amounted to €19,703,510. The buybacks aim to fulfill obligations from long-term incentives for employees and corporate officers.
