Successful Listing of MobiFonds Swiss Property on the SIX Swiss Exchange
The MobiFonds Swiss Property fund was listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange on March 3, 2026. This listing marks a new milestone for the fund, which is now accessible to all investors. During the first few days of trading, the fund was included in the "SXI Real Estate Broad" and "SXI Real Estate Funds Broad" indices.
From the moment of listing, Dominik Bögli took over the management of the portfolio, which currently comprises 23 buildings with a market value of CHF 1.2 billion. Since its launch in 2013, the fund has focused on newly constructed or renovated properties.
