Scout24 Reports 2025 Growth and 2026 Projections
Scout24 has announced its preliminary financial results for 2025, showing strong growth. The company reports a 14.7% increase in revenue, reaching EUR 649.6 million, due to high demand in both B2B and B2C segments. This growth was accompanied by an EPS rise of 50.2% to EUR 3.33.
The EBITDA margin expanded to 62.5% thanks to strong operational efficiencies. Free cash flow improved by 13.4% to EUR 253.1 million. Looking ahead to 2026, Scout24 forecasts a revenue growth of 16-18%, with an emphasis on AI and technology integration.
Additionally, integrating acquisitions and expanding the customer base contributed to the positive 2025 results. Investments in AI enhanced customer interaction through innovations like the AI assistant HeyImmo. The platform saw increased activity, reinforcing Scout24's position in the German real estate market.
