Scout24 SE Appoints Martin Mildner as New CFO

Scout24 SE has announced the appointment of Martin Mildner as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 1 March 2026. This decision follows Dirk Schmelzer's departure on 28 February 2026 after more than six years with the company, during which he played a crucial role in shaping the firm's strategic direction.

Hans-Holger Albrecht, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed confidence in Mildner's extensive experience in finance and capital markets. He praised Mildner's understanding of digital business models, seeing him as an ideal fit for leading Scout24's financial strategies. CEO Ralf Weitz also extended gratitude to Schmelzer for his contributions, noting the company's position as a leader in digital real estate marketplaces. Mildner expressed eagerness to join the team, acknowledging Scout24's strong financial standing and innovative reputation.
