Séché Environnement Approves Key Resolutions at Annual Meeting
On April 24, 2026, Séché Environnement held its Combined General Meeting at its headquarters in Changé. The meeting, attended by shareholders representing 82.30% of the capital and 88.48% of voting rights, saw all proposed resolutions approved. This included the endorsement of financial statements and the allocation of 2025 earnings. Shareholders consented to maintain the dividend at 1.20 euro per share.
The reappointment of Anne-Brigitte Spitzbarth and Nathalie Tarnaud-Laude as Directors was also confirmed. The company announced that detailed voting results and meeting minutes will be available on April 28, 2026, on its website. No written or oral questions were raised during the meeting.
CEO Maxime Séché and CFO Baptiste Janiaud reviewed the 2024 fiscal operations and March 2026 business activities. They also outlined forecasts and objectives through 2026. The next financial update will be the consolidated results as of June 30, 2025, due on September 9, 2025.
