SEGRO Leverages Leasing Success at Coventry Park

SEGRO plc announced the signing of three new lease agreements totaling around 540,000 sq ft at SEGRO Park Coventry. The agreements include pre-lets to Volvo Group UK and DIRKS Consumer Logistics, plus a lease for GigaCloud Technology. SEGRO Park Coventry, once fully developed, will offer 3.7 million sq ft of industrial space.

A build-to-suit facility of 91,000 sq ft will be developed for Volvo Group UK and is expected to be operational by early 2027. DIRKS Consumer Logistics will occupy a 306,000 sq ft warehouse, while GigaCloud Technology will utilize a 140,500 sq ft unit.

The total new rent from these leases is £6 million, part of the £53 million announced earlier. SEGRO aims to attract international investment by offering high-quality space, supporting job creation and economic growth.
