Selectirente Reports Shares and Voting Rights for August 2026
Selectirente has released data on its total number of shares and voting rights as of August 31, 2026. The listed real estate investment company operating on Euronext Paris disclosed a total of 4,172,938 shares along with an equal number of theoretical voting rights.
The exercisable voting rights, which exclude shares without voting power, such as treasury shares, amounted to 4,161,399. These figures are reported in line with Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority.
Selectirente specializes in high-street retail properties across Europe's major metropolitan areas. The company aims to grow and enhance its real estate portfolio, valued at €583 million, through strategic development and value-creation strategies.
