SELECTIRENTE secures €25 million in sustainable financing
SELECTIRENTE, a listed real estate company specializing in retail properties, has signed a sustainable financing agreement with Crédit Agricole d'Ile-de-France. This €25 million, five-year loan is intended to support the company's growth. The financing is linked to extra-financial performance criteria: adapting assets to climate change, reducing energy consumption, and enhanced energy data collection.
Dany Abi Azar, Chief Financial Officer, emphasizes that this loan strengthens the company's investment capacity and allows it to explore new market opportunities. SELECTIRENTE currently has €60 million in available cash.
