SELECTIRENTE, a specialist in retail properties, announces the acquisition of five retail units located in strategic city centers. Since the beginning of the year, the company has invested nearly €4 million in these properties, which are leased to renowned brands, guaranteeing an immediate return of 6.1%.

Acquisitions include boutiques in Paris, Rueil-Malmaison, Bordeaux, Lyon, and an additional one in the vibrant Saint-Germain district of Paris. With an investment capacity exceeding €60 million, SELECTIRENTE continues its dynamic strategy, targeting major French cities to optimize its portfolio.
