SELECTIRENTE: Voting rights and shares as of September 30, 2025
SELECTIRENTE has announced its share capital and voting rights figures as of September 30, 2025. The total number of shares comprising the share capital amounts to 4,172,938. The theoretical voting rights, representing all the rights attached to these shares, also reach 4,172,938. However, only 4,161,993 voting rights are exercisable at general meetings.
The difference between theoretical and exercisable rights is mainly due to treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights. This information is provided in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority.
